In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS)
Initial Home Assessment or Annual Recertification Assessment Advocacy
Package services can vary, but may include: one in-person or phone conference client meeting to provide assistance with completing parent or caregiver forms, observation of child in school or home environment, initial advocacy referral to the In-Home Supportive Services program, complete record review including IEP, IPP, BIP, evaluations/ assessments review, ongoing communication with client, scheduling, travel within San Diego County, attendance at one Initial Home Assessment with the County of San Diego’s Health and Human Services Agency, Notice of Action follow-up & one in-person or phone conference client meeting regarding electronic or paper timesheets.
(IPP) Individual Program Plan – Consulting Advocacy Package
Package services can vary, but may include: Regional Center eligibility consultation, client Authorization for Use or Disclosure of Information, phone consultation, record review of current IFSP or IEP, evaluations and medical documents, advocacy for services and programs such as respite and/or Medi-Cal waiver through your local Regional Center that your child is entitled to, e-mail communication with San Diego Regional Center personnel, ongoing communication with client, scheduling, travel within San Diego County, attendance at one Individual Program Plan (IPP) meeting, and review of final IPP document.
(IFSP) Individualized Family Service Plan – Consulting Advocacy Package
Package services can vary, but may include: client Exchange of Information, Early Start assessment & record review, phone consultation, in-home child observation, communication with Early Start Program & San Diego Regional Center personnel, ongoing communication with client, scheduling, attendance at up to two Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) meetings, travel within San Diego County, review of final IFSP document & phone consultation follow up. If requested, may include assistance initiating the Early Start State Complaint process.

(IEP) Individual Education Program- Consulting Advocacy Package
*Preschool-5th Grade*
Package services can vary, but may include: client Exchange of Information, phone consultation, record review of current documents, classroom or related service provider observation, review of draft assessments & draft goals, communication with district or classroom personnel, ongoing communication with client, scheduling, attendance at one Individual Education Program (IEP) meeting & attendance at an additional IEP Continuation meeting if continuation is necessary (must be scheduled within 30 days), travel within San Diego County, review of final IEP document & phone consultation follow up.
